Steps to increase Hemoglobin:
1. The chlorophyll in the leaves which gives the color green has a very similar structure to that of hemoglobin.
The center of hemoglobin contains Iron while the center of chlorophyll contains Magnesium. This is the reason why chlorophyll can also be called Green Blood
Consume a glass of green (green leafy vegetables) or red juice (tomatoes or beetroot) on a daily basis. Apart from this you can also include sprouts in your diet
2. Drinking spring water
3. 75% of your food should derive from fruits & raw vegetables
4. Grounding / earthing / being open to rain: Get in touch with the ground at least 15 minutes on a daily basis.
