Cauliflower Cashew gravy
Ingredients; cauliflower, peas, carrot, tomato, beans
For gravy: boil chopped onion,  cashew for 2 minutes


Saute onion, chili , tomato, yellow powder,
Make paste



Paste of Cashew & tomato saute



Add the paste, water and salt to taste
Especial New Year dish is ready 😊



Goose Berry jam
Stored inside the bottle

Ingredient: Goose berry  cut small pieces, discard the seeds. Jaggery, salt, hing, chili powder, cardamom,  cinnamon, jeera, ginger, saup, ajwain


Heat all the ingredients





Turmeric chutney





Ingredients- turmeric, garlic, ginger, chili (optional), salt to taste

                                        Oats upma

Oats, any vegs salt, coriander leaves, onion



Season them


Add little water for the vegs to be cook

After the vegs are cooked add some more water for the oats.


Add the oats while the water becomes hot.


Keep stirring and close it with a lid until the oats is done.

Same process with dalia too



After10 minutes Oats upma is done. Very delicious... I never thought oats taste good with  saltπŸ˜ŠπŸ˜‹πŸ’ͺπŸ‘Œ

Brinjal tawa fry


    

Ingredient- Slice them 
Spicy powder to rub on the slices- turmeric, salt, jeera & chili powder (mix them uniformly)
Little oil- to apply on the tawa (frying pan)


Rub the powder on each sides

Heat the tawa with 1 tsp of oil under very low flame

And turn upside down. This will be ready within 10minutes or less


Talinum pakora with just 1-2 tsp of oil


Ingredients- chopped talinum, onion, turmeric, salt, jeera, chili(option) ginger and garlic paste basan powder


Others optional greens that we can substitute are spinach, wild spinach, amaranth etc even yummy with banana flowers.
