What is arthritis?
Arthritis is a disease that affects your joints (areas where your bones meet and move). Arthritis usually involves inflammation or degeneration (breakdown) of your joints. These changes can cause pain when you use the joint.
Bones joins in Hand, Wrists, Knee, Elbow, Hips, Ankle, Spine, Big Toes, Cervical and Shoulder can be affected. Arthritis is accompanied by Pain, redness, heat, swollen.

What are the different types of arthritis?
- Osteoarthritis, or “wear and tear” arthritis, which develops when joint cartilage breaks down from repeated stress. It’s the most common form of arthritis.
- Ankylosing spondylitis, or arthritis of the spine (usually your lower back).
- Juvenile arthritis (JA), a disorder where the immune system attacks the tissue around joints. JA typically affects children 16 or younger.
- Gout, a disease that causes hard crystals of uric acid to form in your joints.
- Psoriatic arthritis, joint inflammation that develops in people with psoriasis (autoimmune disorder that causes skin irritation).
- Rheumatoid arthritis, a disease that causes the immune system to attack synovial membranes in your joints

A simple preparation
• Cut a piece of ginger mash until a paste is formed.
• Pour 1 liter of hot water over it.
• Leave to infuse for about 10 minutes.
• Drink a glass of this still hot infusion on an empty stomach.
• Drink the rest of the drink in batches throughout the day.
Ginger powder: Take 1/3 teaspoon of ginger powder a day or 1 slice of fresh ginger a day. After 6 weeks of this treatment your pain will be less strong, your mobility better and your joints more flexible.
Celery: Celery seeds contain anti-inflammatory agents. Pour the seeds into boiling water until they become soft. Drain then immediately drink a cup of the brew with lemon juice. The treatment can be repeated every day until the joint pain disappears.
