Hemorrhoids are swollen veins in your lower rectum also known as piles similar to varicose vein

Types

a. External hemorrhoids may cause pain. 

b. Internal hemorrhoids are usually painless, but tend to bleed.Internal hemorrhoids lie inside the rectum. You usually can't see or feel them, and they rarely cause discomfort. But straining or irritation when passing stool can cause: 

Signs and symptoms:

External hemorrhoids

Itching or irritation in your anal region

Pain or discomfort

Swelling around your anus

Bleeding

Internal hemorrhoids

Painless bleeding during bowel movements. You might notice small amounts of bright red blood on your toilet 

Prolapse Rectum:
A hemorrhoid push through the anal opening resulting in pain and irritation.

Causes:
  • Straining during bowel movements
  • Sitting for long periods of time on the toilet
  • Having chronic diarrhea or constipation
  • Obese
  • Having anal intercourse: because the tissues that support the veins in your rectum and anus can weaken and stretch, 
  • Eating a low-fiber diet
  • Regular heavy lifting
  • Pregnant: because the baby's weight puts pressure on the anal region



Natural treatment:

 External, Internal, bleeding, prolapse of rectum

1. Jatropha curcas (Jamal Ghota)




2. Calotropis Gigantea (Aak)


3. Okoleubo 

4. Euphorbia Hirta (asthma plant)


5. Scoparia dulcis (Licorice weed) 



6. Turmeric

7. Leucas Aspera (Ghuma)


8. Black sesame seeds (kala Teel)

9. Spices  (Elaichi, Gol mirch,)

10. Cinnamon (Dalchini)

11. Mixed pulses (soya beans, rajma 5-6 pulse)

 Smash them all and boil in water

DECOCTION: Boil them and drink 1/2 glass thrice daily once or twice a month

FOR BLEEDING PILE:

Add Latex (5-6 drops) of Aak plant in a glass of water evening after meals, for 3 days

EXTERNAL OUT GROWTH: 

Apply the Decoction epidermal for 7 days in a month every night

PROLAPSE OF RECTUM:

Expose the prolapse area under decoction vapor every night 1-2 weeks a month.

TABLET METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. Dough of wheat flour

2. Gloriosa superba (flame lily) Rhizome cut in small piece and cover it with the dough (because it itches), Twice daily before meals



AVOID: Meat, Banana, sweets, diary products, process food, deep fried items, salty foods, white flour,

EAT: Pineapple, papaya, ash gourd, cucumber, carrot, Pomegranate, Whole grains, legumes, vegetables, and fruits are loaded with fiber. Eating more of them may help keep you regular and ward off constipation — and therefore piles.

OTHER Home Remedies

The following methods can be used to naturally treat internal hemorrhoids at home without the need for surgery:

1. Aloe Vera Gel: Aloe Vera Gel can be applied to the rectal area to soothe accompanying pain. The anti-inflammatory effect of the gel helps reduce swelling and pain.
2. Apple cider vinegar: Add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to a glass of water and drink to reduce pain and bleeding.

3. Cayenne Pepper: This chili has anti-inflammatory properties which make it a good choice for getting rid of internal hemorrhoids. You can use cayenne pepper as a remedy by mixing a teaspoon of pepper with a glass of lukewarm water and then drinking it.

5. 3 buds of garlic & Mango Leaves
Mix the ingredients in a cup and prepare a herbal tea.
Dosage:
Drink a large glass morning and evening for 2 weeks.
**For external, drink and sit in lukewarm water or herbal tea.

Natural treatments for external hemorrhoids

1. Apple cider vinegar: This method involves directly applying a cotton ball soaked in apple cider vinegar to the hemorrhoids. This method is very effective and can provide immediate relief, although there may be a tingling sensation at first.

2. Ice pack: This method also involves applying an ice pack directly to the hemorrhoids. It helps shrink hemorrhoids and relieve pain and itching.

3. Soaking in water: Just like with internal hemorrhoids, soaking in a hot bath can also help get rid of external hemorrhoids. Sitting in a hot tub after using the toilet is a recommended home remedy for hemorrhoids.

How to prevent hemorrhoid:
* large amount water intake,
* more amount of fibre foods
* avoid sitting or standing for hours
* do not strain during passing stool
* sit in toilet when you feel the urge
