Ideally 80% of diet should consist of alkaline food. Eating too many acid forming foods brings disease, while alkaline foods overcome disease and help prevent it. Most fruits and vegetables are alkaline. Most grains, beans, nuts and seeds are quite acidic unless sprouted. All animal protein including seafood, meat and dairy, is very acidic. Cancer and several other diseases only thrive in an acidic environment.

AVOIDING ALL ANIMAL MEAT ( pork, beef, cow, fish, fowl, seafood...). If ever meat eating was safe, it is definitely not safe now. The liability to take disease is increased tenfold by meat-eating. Cancers, tumors, and all inflammatory diseases are largely caused by meat eating. Replace with green leafy vegetables, beans, peas, nuts and seeds.


MEAT - Disease is accumulating rapidly. Physicians cannot account for the rapid increase of disease among the human family. But much of this suffering is caused by the eating of dead flesh. The liability to take disease is increased tenfold by meat eating. 
Few can be made to believe that it is the meat they have eaten which has poisoned their blood and caused their suffering.

SHOULD I USE HYDROTHERAPY (WATER TREATMENTS) WHEN I AM SICK? - HOW EFFECTIVE IS IT?

The use of water is one is the most ancient remedies used for overcoming disease. 
It is through the skin that hydrotherapy produces its powerful physiologic actions. The skin is intimately connected to every organ in the body via the nervous system and circulatory system. By changing the skin temperature with water applications that are hot or cold, nerve sensations will stimulate or sedate specific systems or organs. 
Take a hot shower for 3-5 minutes followed immediately by a cold for 30 second. Alternate between hot shower (2-5 minutes) and cold shower ( 30 seconds) 5 times. Always ends with cold. Before each shower or bath, dry brush the skin with a stiff brush until the skin is rosy and warmed. Brush stroking towards the heart region. 
When contrast showers are done properly it is said that there is a decided increase in the number of blood cells in the peripheral circulation. This increase

IMPORTANCE OF CHEWING

IRON is the mineral that conveys oxygen to the brain. When a cell loses 40% of its oxygen it is considered cancer  (You can defeat cancer with diet change - herbs & whole foods plant-based).

THERE ARE SIX FUNDAMENTAL THINGS WHICH TEND TO DAMAGE THE LIVER: 
1. Overeating. 
2. Eating and drinking the wrong things. Here are some of those items which your liver does not wish to face: refined white-flour products, processed foods, junk foods, white sugar products, imitation foods.Beware of potato chips and corn chips. 
3. A low protein, high-carbohydrates and fat diet. Fried foods may be a devilish delight, but they only add to the eventual misery. 
4. Eat the specialty food poisons: alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, theobromine, and hard drugs. 
5. Medicinal drugs are poisons. The liver has to work overtime in order to try to excrete these dangerous chemicals. 
6. Have insecticides, preservatives, and other cumulative poisons where you can breathe or eat it. Some poisons directly damage the liver ( alcohol, oral contraceptives, caffeine, etc.); others damage organs which the liver relies on for help ( the pancreas, kidneys, etc.).

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT BREATHE RIGHT?
 
If an insufficient supply of oxygen is received through shallow breathing, the blood moves sluggishly. The waste, poisonous matter, which should be thrown off in exhalations from the lungs, is retained and the blood becomes impure. Not only the lungs, but the stomach, liver and brain are affected. The skin becomes sallow and digestion is retarded.

SUBSTANCES THAT CONTAIN CAFFEINE:

Coffee, sodas, tea, and chocolate. Caffeine causes depression, insomnia, anxiety, irritability, fatigue, elevate blood pressures, and fatigue. There are more than 1,000 chemicals in a cup of coffee, of these, only 26 have been tested, and half caused cancer in rats. Replace with water and herbal teas.
ALWAYS TEMPERATE

God requires us to be temperate in all things. What ever injures the body lessens the physical energy, weakening the mental and moral powers. Every hurtful indulgence thus makes it more difficult to choose between right and wrong. Unless we practice true temperance, we will not, we cannot, be susceptible to the sanctifying influence of the truth. Erroneous eating and drinking habits result in erroneous thinking and acting. Unless we are free from the bondage of every bad habit, we cannot be true, obedient servant of Christ.

Apple cider vinegar

One popular yeast infection remedy is an apple cider vinegar bath.

Vinegar has many medicinal uses, some more proven by research than others. When you add a half cup of apple cider vinegar to a lukewarm bathtub and soak for 20 minutes, the acidic component of the vinegar can eliminate any harmful microorganisms, including yeast.

An apple cider vinegar bath is not the same as douching, which aims to flush out all bacteria (good and bad) from your vagina. Doing so leaves you more prone to a reoccurrence of the yeast infection. Do not douche with apple cider vinegar.

Vinegar should be diluted in water before touching the skin. You should also consider adding apple cider vinegar to your diet.

Garlic

In a 2005 lab, garlic was shown to be an effective Candida killer. But there’s debate over whether it’ll help cure yeast infections outside of a lab setting.

If you’d like to try garlic to treat a yeast infection, add more garlic to your diet. Some websites recommend inserting garlic in the vagina, but burns and significant pain have been reported. You should stick with adding garlic in foods.

Hydrogen peroxide

Hydrogen peroxide is a bacteria and yeast-killing antiseptic. Hydrogen peroxide is produced by Lactobacillus bacteria in the vagina and is part of the biological activity against yeast, according to the CDC.

While it won’t work on every species of yeast, some women swear by using hydrogen peroxide topically when they get a yeast infection.

There’s no strong research to support the use of hydrogen peroxide to treat vaginal infections. Do not douche with hydrogen peroxide. Adding it to a bath or diluting in water may help with yeast growing on the genitals.

Diluting (half water and half hydrogen peroxide) is recommended before applying it to your genitals, and don’t use it for an extended period of time.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C is an immune system booster. A strong immune system allows your body to bring itself back into balance.

Vitamin C (also called ascorbic acid) has antimicrobial components, so some women add it to their diet to treat Candida overgrowths.

Try increasing your intake of vitamin C to boost your body’s ability to beat the yeast infection. Do not apply the acidic vitamin C to the sensitive vaginal tissue.

We are not nocturnal animals; when we sleep our entire metabolism slows down. The reclining position causes the weight of the internal organs to press against the very large nerve trunks on each side of the spinal column and shuts off the mechanism that keep the digestive system working. 
When you lie down at night, the stomach should have finished all its work of digestion so that it can join the rest of the body in enjoying its needed rest. But if you eat before you sleep, the digestive organs have to work through the night. The sleep is often disturbed with unpleasant dreams, and in the morning you awake un-refreshed.
