NUTRITION:
Genesis 1:29 "And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed, to you it shall be for meat (food)." this is our original diet that our creator gave to all human race never to eat the flesh, knowing there will be many pestilence and plague by ingesting them.
He gave the (man) responsibility to be dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth (genesis 1:26) but human in his cruelty made animals their meat in turn many diseases.
"Thorns and thistles (pain, sorrow, sickness) shall it bring forth to thee, and thou shalt eat the herb of the field" Gen 3:18
"He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle's, and herb for the service of man, that he may bring forth food out of the earth." Psalms 104:14
Life is in blood to have good blood we need good food that consists of greens leafy vegetable, rainbow colored fruits and vegetables, sprouts, nuts, seeds, etc. Our body is made up of carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamin, minerals etc. so this is taken as three meals a day.
Despite of eating well balanced diet why our Immune System and hemoglobin count is low. The problem lies here we have health issues mostly because we are overeating giving no rest for our stomach. we do not know what to eat, how much to eat and when to eat.
There should be a duration of 5-6 hrs. (youth- elderly) in between meals nothing should be taken not even a peanut or candy. After each meals it takes 2-3 hrs. for digestion depending on what types of food you eat, remaining hrs. we need to give rest to our stomach. We need to chew our food 25-30 times, since digestion starts from mouth it mixes with salivary juice which has amylase and lipase to break down the complex carbohydrate and fat respectively. The more we chew the better digestion and absorption takes place. Children who eats often, untimely are snare to sickness.
Breakfast should be taken as king, lunch like prince, supper like beggar, but we are in reverse by skipping or avoiding breakfast (fuel for the day) and having late night heavy rich supper (party, restaurant etc.) which in turn overload our stomach which need rest and repair during sleep, due to this our body becomes feverish, mind is over clouded, toxics builds up more, sleeps is disturbed because stomach is in work, sleeps seems to be incomplete and rising up with tiredness. Night food can be avoided or light or eat 1-2 types of fruits 3-4 hrs. before you retire.
Water should not be taken with your meals because the water will dissolve the gastric juices (that helps in digestion) making it neutral which hinders the digestion, and makes the food fermented, causing indigestion, bloatedness, fullness, acidity further repeated actions leads to gastric ulcer and serious health problems.
Water with meals diminish the flow of salivary juice so Water should be taken 1/2 an hr. before your meals and 1-2 hrs. after your meals. Avoid very hot /cold water which also tax the stomach to bring them to normal stomach temperature.
Diet should include raw salads, sprouts, fruits, dried fruits, nuts and seeds (sesame, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds) which are rich in fibres and are wholesome, we can get 100% benefits without losing any of their vitamins and minerals and also due to their large contains of fibres they sweeps and clean the gastric intestinal colon.
Raw diets makes good body PH that boost immune system. Eat raw vegetable as salads or in the form of smoothie before the main course, this will stimulate and assist digestion and help avoid over eating of cooked food. Eat sparing for strength and not for drunkenness. Diseases are more prevalence because of overeating than starvation .
when there are good (wholesome) there are always bad (refine) things around, which should be avoided such as refine goods like refine oil, white flour, white sugar, white polished rice, free flow table salt (instead use rock salt/pink salt which has 80 types of minerals), fast food (has no nutrients but fasten the speed of life span and put more weight and foundation of many sickness), deep fried items, preservative items, snacks, colored foods and drinks, soft drinks, tea, coffee, non-veg, GMF (genetic modified food like soya, corn, wheat), bubble gum etc. all those are also mucus forming food that aggravates respiratory complaints and many other diseases.
Indulging in eating too frequently, and in too large quantities, overtaxes the digestive organs, and produces a feverish state of the system. The blood becomes impure, and then diseases of various kinds occur.—HL 61.4
The free use of sugar in any form tends to clog the system, and is not unfrequently a cause of disease.— HL 62.6
A great amount of milk and sugar ... clog the system, irritate the digestive organs, and affect brain. HL 62.7
The liability to take disease is increased tenfold by meat eating.—HL 62.8
The eating of flesh meats has made a poor quality of blood and flesh. Your systems are in a state of inflammation, prepared to take on disease. You are liable to acute attacks of disease, and to sudden death, because you do not possess the strength of constitution to rally and resist disease.—HL 63.1
When we feed on flesh, the juices of what we eat pass into the circulation. A feverish condition is created, because the animals are diseased, and by partaking of their flesh, we plant the seeds of disease in our own tissue and blood. Then, when exposed to the changes in a malarious atmosphere, to prevailing epidemics and contagious diseases, these are more sensibly felt, for the system is not in a condition to resist disease.—Unpublished Testimonies, November 5, 1896. Flesh meats constitute the principal article of food upon the tables of some families, until their blood is filled with cancerous and scrofulous humors
(Tuberculosis). Their bodies are composed of what they eat. But when suffering and disease come upon them, it is considered an affliction of Providence. HL 63.3
Rich and complicated mixtures of food are health destroying. Highly seasoned meats and rich pastry are wearing out the digestive organs of children.— HL 63.4

Some foods that boost immune system are: 1. Vitamin C (water soluble and not stored in body) citrus fruits, Red Bell Peppers, broccoli 2. Indian spices like ginger, garlic, turmeric 3. take mineral Zinc rich diets like mushroom, legumes, pumpkin & water melon seeds, nuts, dried fruits 4. Amino acid like seaweed, pumpkin, peas and pea protein, whole grain rice, sesame seeds, watercress, turnip greens, soy, sunflower seeds, kidney beans, figs, avocados, raisins, dates, apples, blueberries, olives and even bananas.

They are sugar (white poison), white flour, trans fat. They go together and cannot be separated. They are slow poisoning and root causes of all diseases.
Do you know how much tsp. of sugar keeps our immune system shut?
15-17 tsp. of sugar that is 100 gram. High level of sugar in your blood can lower how white blood cells function and weaken your immune system. Consuming 100 gm. (15 tsp.) of sugar, in fact can reduce the ability of your white blood cells to function by 40%.As a result you are more susceptible to illness at least for 4-5 hrs. This Nutrition study shows that it takes about 75gms of sugar to weaken the immune system. And once the white blood cells are affected its thought that the immune system is lowered for about 5 hours after.

White flour (Maida)
How they are processed:
Grinding wheat, into a fine powder. Next bleached flour is treated with chemical agents like benzoyl peroxide, potassium bromate, or chlorine, which helps speed up the aging of the flour (thus strengthening the dough forming properties of the flour), fine flour with a soft texture.
Here bleaching is also a problem, we see so many chemicals are used which has many side effects on health. Even white sugar are also bleach with chemicals to make crystal clear, free flow, whitening etc.
Trans-fat; This can be found in all processed food, plastic pack food, cakes, biscuits, I should say every sold snacks food items.
So what is trans-fat? Hydrogen is added to vegetable oil, which converts the liquid into a solid fat at room temperature. This process is called hydrogenation.
Food makers use trans-fats to enhance the flavor, texture, and self life of processed food. You might have seen those trans-fats listed as partially hydrogenated oils.
Trans fats is considered the worst type of fats you can eat. This is also called as trans fatty acids- raises your bad cholesterol and also lowers your good cholesterol. A diet laden with trans fat increases your risk of heart diseases.
Now let us come to spiritual nutrition: Matt 4:4 "Man shall not live by bread alone but by every words that proceedeth out of the mouth of God." But many of us feeding ourselves with junk food like spending much time in listening secular songs, reading unwanted novel, watching movies, electronic gadgets, drinking, smoking etc that does not nourish the body instead deprive our physical and spiritual health.
Protect the body which is the temple of God (1Corin 6:19-20) with the bread of life (Bible) reading, hearing, memorizing, sharing, talking, etc. In the word of God there is Eternal Life, you will never be hunger for junk foods, give the right fuel to burn for eternity. To obtain eternal life we need to eat the word of God.
“The little ones need to learn that they eat to live, not live to eat” (CD, 229, 230).
“Grains, fruits, nuts, and vegetables constitute the diet chosen for us by our Creator. These foods, prepared in as simple and natural a manner as possible, are the most healthful and nourishing” (CD, p. 81, 1905).
