WHY WE SHOULD EAT RAW FOODS???

WHY WE SHOULD WE EAT RAW FOOD ????😊

The raw food diet, often called raw foodism or raw veganism, is composed of mostly or completely raw and unprocessed foods.
Raw food can be taken in different methods, such as juicing, blending, dehydrating, soaking and sprouting. The raw food diet is usually plant-based, being made up mostly of fruits, vegetables, greens leafy, nuts and seeds.

Eating raw vegetables and fruits gives you the most live enzymes, vitamins and minerals needed for good health

The live enzyme in the raw food is interacted/recognized by incretin hormone in the intestine for further metabolic process, but when the food are cooked the enzymes are destroyed.

Raw food has high in nutrients, anti-oxidant, healthy fats and fiber which can you feel full longer. Raw foods are usually low in calories.

Raw food diets can stop or clear up major chronic health issues.

Raw diets with meals can have numerous health benefits, like better  and clear skin, more energy, improve digestion and constipation, reduce risk of cardiovascular disease, reduce weight.

Vegetables lose their nutrients when they are
overcooked. Cooking destroys the natural enzymes in foods, they are the vital to human health and digestion. High heat does cause most enzymes to denature.

Cooking can indeed decrease certain nutrients in food, especially water soluble vitamins like vitamin C and B, however some increases their nutrients and antioxidants such as lycopene (tomatoes) and beta-carotene (carrot).

Cooking grains and legumes reduces lectins and phytic acid, in large quantities these can block your body from absorbing minerals
