Eye is an external part of brain, capturing every object like a camera and the optic nerves transmits all visual information from the retina to brain via electrical impulses, the brain help us to understand and perceive the world around us.
As we see in this population 75% of people are wearing spectacles, these indicates many have sight problem, And this is only for temporary solution in long run the power of your glasses will keep increasing.

Restoration/repairing of every parts of the eyes is done during rest/ sleep. Avoid seeing the device including T.V., mobile, computer 2 hours before you sleep, Do not lie down and see your mobile this will over strain your eye muscle. Wet cloth poultice on both eyes/slice potato/ cucumber, it will relax your eyes, and wear sleeping eye mask and sleep.
7 AIR
Cornea is devoid of blood supple receiving their nutrients and oxygen supply from the air, tear, aqueous humor. Stay in a place where there is no air pollution, avoids smokes, touching your eyes often.
