“Adam was not to be idle. No sooner was he created than his work was given him” (Counsels to Parents Teachers and Students, p. 273, 1913)

Ellen White (1827-1915): “At the creation, labour was appointed as a blessing” (Ed, p. 214, 1903).

God put man to dress the Eden garden (genesis 2:15) that shows that man should be sober and active. Sedentary lifestyle keeps blood flow inactive that body is deprive for leading to unhealthy blood circulation which also leads to lifestyle diseases like cardiac problem, diabetic, obesity, hormonal imbalance problems etc.

When a man is active or exercise the circulatory system is uniformly supplying all surplus that the body needs. During the exercise every parts of the body are in active mode enhancing their function supports and also carries enough amount of nutrients, oxygen, water to every nook and corner of the body.

Regular physical exercise or activity improve your muscle and bone strength which boost your endurance. unbalanced. The brain has too much blood,

while the extremities have too little. The hours

of study and recreation should be carefully

regulated, and a portion of the time should be

spent in physical labor....”My Life Today, p. 144

Body posture is also very important since our lungs are like sponge we squeeze  them by stooping and tight clothings. we should stand and sit erect pushing your shoulder backward, by doing these our lungs get sufficient air that will strengthen our lungs and purification further takes place.
DAILY EXERCISE
“I must walk today, and tomorrow, and the day following.” Luke 13:33.

EXERCISE is one of the greatest remedies for stress. It relaxes the body, promotes sound sleep, and relieves tension and anxiety.
WITHOUT DAILY EXERCISE the blood will become a stagnant pool of waste because of the lack of adequate circulation. It would be like never changing the oil in your car. Proper circulation is absolutely essential to the arthritic. Not only does exercise increase blood circulation, it also increases circulation within the lymph channels. The lymph is full of white blood cells and carries away the broken down products of fat metabolism.
ANOTHER BENEFIT OF EXERCISE is that it is a key element in God’s plan for obesity. WALKING IS THE BEST EXERCISE because it brings all of our organs into use.
