 CABBAGE  REJUVELAC  PROBIOTIC DRINK -1

Ingredients-

- Cabbage freshly chopped -3 cups

- 1 3/4 cup of fresh unchlorinated water

Note: To make the water chlorine free, boil the water for 30 minutes. Chlorine kills the bacteria, even the beneficial ones

Steps: 

* Place the coarsely chopped cabbage with little water into a blender at low speed, it should be shredded not liquefied.

* Store the blended cabbage into a glass jar with a tightly fitted lid.

* Keep the jar for 3 days under room temperature 22 degree Celsius.  

*After 3 days (72 hours), strain the rejuvelac beverage in a glass jar and discard the cabbage and refrigerate it

* It can be kept in fridge for 1 week.

How to take Rejuvelac?

Drink 1/2 cup of rejuvelac three times daily preferably with meals.

Ingredients-

- 1 1/2 cup of fresh unchlorinated water + add 1/4 of drink -1 

Note: To make the water chlorine free, boil the water for 30 minutes. Chlorine kills the bacteria, even the beneficial ones

Steps: 

* Place the coarsely chopped cabbage with little water into a blender at low speed, it should be shredded not liquefied.

* Store the blended cabbage into a glass jar with a tightly fitted lid.

* Keep the jar for 24 hours under room temperature 22 degree Celsius.  

*After 1 day (24 hours), strain the rejuvelac beverage in a glass jar and discard the cabbage and refrigerate it

* It can be kept in fridge for 1 week.
