1. There are multiple studies that show that flaxseed is good for pcos patients.
15 to 30gms of flaxseed powder per day is the dose in most studies.
There is improvement in ovarian volume, location of follicles, frequency of menstruation. Reduction in androgens, insulin and LH levels which are abnormally high in pcos.
