If they look to God, exercising their skill and ingenuity under the guidance of His Spirit, they will learn how to prepare natural products into healthful foods. Thus they will be able to teach the poor how to provide themselves with foods that will take the place of flesh-meat.
Those thus helped can in turn instruct others. Such a work will yet be done with consecrated zeal and energy. If it had been done before, there would today be many more people in the truth, and many more who could give instruction. Let us learn what our duty is, and then do it. We are not to be dependent and helpless, waiting for others to do the work that God has committed to us. TSDF 101.8
MUD COOK WARE
Try cooking in mud pot, or steel. black pot is good for curry, earthen pods retains its nutrients value, natural form without much chemical changes. cooks well in low flame retains the nutrients which gives taste to the foods and healthy and enhance the flavor and balance the Ph alkaline in nature.
Aluminum:When we cook acidic foods like tomatoes, turmeric, and also the nutrient has some chemical changes in the food. they are brain poisoning leads to, memory loss, dementia, Alzheimer. and very difficulty to expel out from the body.
How to get the mud smell go from new earthenware? Immerse the mud ware in rice water for 2 days and on third day apply oil and dry under the sunlight for a day.
Pressure cooker: cooks in high temperature and kills the nutrients and cooking in low temperature retains the nutrients which gives taste to the foods.
Heating the oil is not good for health.
But healthy fat is also essential. For that use cold pressed oil, smear after cooking or use nuts in your diet..π
If somebody is sick abstain from oil consumption since vital forces will be used for digestion of fat than for the healing of the body.
When oil is brought to it's smoke point, temp 350 or 325 degree, it breaks down molecularly causing it to be carcinogen (Cancer causing agent) in our food that's why we should avoid deep fried foods or oil heating.
There is a transformation in the molecular configuration of fatty acids from "cis" form to "trans" form when heated. The "trans" form of fat is very dangerous. Every oil has different smoking point. The temperature to which a specific pure oil can be heated will be usually given in the oil bottle/packet
