Menstruation can be very painful for some, irregular menstruation is a common problems for women. Here are some of the natural remedy:

* Unripe Papaya: Unripe Papaya is considered useful for regulating menstrual flow as it helps to contract muscles fiber in uterus. Consume unripe Papaya juice regularly for a few months don't drink during your periods. 

* Turmeric: Turmeric is considered useful for regulating menstruation and balancing hormones. Antispasmodic and anti inflammatory properties relieves menstrual pain. Consume a spoon of turmeric powder with little honey, take it daily until improvement. The curcumin in turmeric gives it anti-inflammatory properties that help contain the inflammation caused by endometriosis.

* Aloe vera: Do not use this remedy during your periods. Aloe vera helps to naturally treat menstruation irregularity by regulating your hormones. For best result extract the fresh Aloe vera gel from an Aloe leaf, mix in a teaspoon of honey and consume it daily before breakfast.

* Ginger: Boil one spoon of fresh ginger for 5 minutes add a little jaggary and drink the mixture 3 time a day after your meals. Ginger is highly recommended to regulate menstrual cycle and get rid of irregular periods and painful periods

* Cinnamon: Take a full glass warm water add spoon of cinnamon powder and drink it. It is effective in eliminating menstrual cramps.
