EYE AND EYE PATACH INSTRUCTION


WHAT A WONDERFUL & BEAUTIFUL EYES GOD HAS GIVEN US

INDICATION:

1. Eye Inflammation

2. Dull Conjunctiva

4. Sore, over tired eyes form excess uses of electronic devices

5. Conjunctivitis

6. Detoxing your Eyes

DURATION:

Patch Number 1 - completely white in colour, applicable for indication number from 7 to 12

Patch Number 2 - darkish in colour applicable for indication number from 1 to 6

Note: Patch 1 or 2 should be worn for many hours / whole night or day

HOW TO USE:

* Patch 1 place uniformly on the closed eye at night / day. 

* Patch 2 dip in warm or cold water (as best suits the case) and remove the excess water and place uniformly on the closed eye at night / day.

* Place the Patch 1 or 2 on the closed eyes and cover by wearing the eye pad so that it can give slight support and  will stay intact to eyes.

* When not using, keep in plastic pouch, so that it will not adsorb odors or chemicals in the room.

* The eye pad/mask can be washed and dried. Patch 1 can be used for 15 days and then discard it where else Patch 2 is for one time use only.

IMPORTANT:

Because Patch 2 has the ability to draw foreign objects to the skin surface (i.e. thorn, glass, bone fragments). We advice against using with every kind of contact lens and lens transplants such as in cataract surgery

HOW TO USE EYE DROP:

*    Instil one to two drops in the eyes one-two times a day for a week.  Results are expected after a week (for acute casas), but repeat the treatment for a month (for chronic casas).

*    Instill the eye drop one eye at a time, after 5 minutes instil the other eye, burning sensation is normal.

*    Excess tears after the instilling eye drops is normal and it should make it to run down the lateral side holding with a tissue or clean cloth but do not rub the eye. Leave it for 5-10 minutes.

NOTE:  Eyes drops are not for children because of its burning sensation.
* It is normal when you experience dirt's / crust  formation every morning after following the treatment.

HOW TO IMPROVE EYE SIGHT

1. NUTRITION
A. Vitamin A (promotes good eyesight) richly found in yellow fruits and vegetable, dark leafy vegetables
B. Vitamin C (promotes healthy blood vessels and delicate capillaries in the retina) richly found in citrus fruits,
C. Vitamin E (antioxidant, protects from free harmful radical which break down healthy eye tissue leading to formation of cataracts, age-related macular degeneration (AMD).
Richly found in:
Seeds like sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, perilla seeds. 
Nuts like almond, walnut, hazelnut. 
Vegetable oil like sunflower, safflower, corn, soybean oils, wheat germ oil
Sprouts: Sprouts are a great source of vitamins A, B-complex, C, and E. The vitamin content increases by up to 20 times the original value within only a few days of sprouting.
D. Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) Citrus fruits — such as oranges, clementine (yellow sweet lime), and lemons, Cruciferous vegetables, such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts, spinach, and also in Sweet potatoes, Mushrooms, pumpkin, Lima beans, navy beans, and peas, Brewer's yeast, Cayenne pepper, nuts, greens leafy vegetables etc.

a. Warm both palms and place on both eyes with slight pressure moving clock wise and anti clock wise
b. Blinking both eyes
c. Look up, down, side to side
d. Rotate eye clock wise and anti clock wise
e. Look at stretch thumb finger tip, bring the finger forward and back ward
f. Look at stretch thumb finger tip, move your thumb left to right
g. Write your name on the wall by your eye
h. Massage both temporal region by fingers tip in circular motion, eye brows, above your checks
i. Rebounding exercise (possible on trampoline/jump) by seeing at one object 20 feet apart
j. Close both the eyes tightly for few seconds (between your work time too)
l. Massage closed eyelids clock wise and anti clockwise 
3. WATER 
Eye is made up with 80% of water, its like balloon filled with water. Drinks lots of water everyday(body weight X 40 = L). It keep your eye lubricated and hydrated. Before you sleep splash your eyes with water.
4SUNLIGHT
Everyday expose to mild warm sunlight. Leave house with UV protective glass to protect from free radicals.
5TEMPERANCE
Avoid strong drinks like alcohol, soft drinks, tobacco, smoking, narcotic, strong drugs, white sugar, refine products, hair dyes,
People who are using electronic devices should not forget to blink your eyes. Blue light rays emits from electronic device which effects the eye especially the retina, if effected it is hard to reverse to normal condition and also disturbs the sleep.
For those who are using system or mobile for their work, 20/20/20 rule should be followed. For every 20 minutes work move your eye away from the screen for 20 seconds see at a distance of 20 feet through your window/door. And do not forget to blink 15-20 times per minute this will lubricate your eyes. 
7. AIR
Cornea is devoid of blood supply receiving their oxygen supply from the air. Stay in a place where there is no air pollution, avoid smokes touching your eyes.
6. REST
Restoration/repairing of every parts of the eyes is done during rest/ sleep. avoid seeing the device including T.V.,  mobile, computer  2 hours before you sleep, Do not lie down and see your mobile this will over strain your eye muscle. Wet cloth poultice on both eyes/slice potato/ cucumber, it will relax your eyes, and wear sleeping eye mask and sleep.
8. TRUST IN GOD
God is our Creator and Trust Him, He has the power to restore your eyes back.
