RAW - WHAT AND HOW TO EAT

  How much of raw vegetables should we eat daily?

Note: Salad can be reduce to half if raw vegetable juices are taken.

Cabbage salad-  cabbage, tomato, onion, coriander leaves, flax & perilla seeds, salt. Mix it just  before having it.


Dweepika

Slice cucumber.. 
Crush roasted peanut and add to it. 
Add chopped coriander leaves and fresh spinach leaves. 
Tomato is an option just for a colouring the salad. 

The dressing: 
I tablespoon of lime juice, 
A spoon full of grated garlic
One spoon of olive oil(optional) 
One tablespoon of honey(add more if you like it sweeter) 
and salt to taste. 
Toss it well and eat immediately to get the crunchy bit of the peanuts.
2 tablespoon of sesame seeds(roasted) was also added in the dressing

 Monica Nepal: Made watermelon juice, strained the pulp out and then poured only the juice in the moulds and froze it overnight and the next morning watermelon popsicle is ready..

Journey Breakfast . Cut papaya in cube and refrigerate over  night and take for your journey have a delicious healthy breakfast

34. Cabbage white& purple, capsicum green red-orange, coriander leaves,  flax seeds, idle powder, peanut powered salt to taste

 cucumber chopped, onion chopped, capsicum chopped, tomato chopped, little chopped ginger and some chopped curry leaves with some soaked raw moong dal (soak for 20-30min) ... adding some ginger and curry leaves will give a good taste and also is good for health.
