CANCER

 CANCER

Through out our lives, inside our own bodies healthy cells divide and replace themselves in a controlled fashion. Cancer starts when a cell is somehow altered so that it multiplies out of control. A tumor is a mass composed of a cluster of such abnormal cells.

Most cancers form tumors, but not all tumors are cancerous.

Cancer cells consume more glucose than any other cells and grows faster. So cut the glucose supply like sugar, white sugar, rice, wheat, carbs, any product from animal

Make the blood more alkaline by eating such  turmeric, curry leaf, mint & coriander leave juice, spinach, radish leaves, pan pata, bathoui, methi, pepal, guava leaves, any leaves which you can eat.

automatically the cancer cells will die and take a u turn.

Benign, or noncancerous, tumors do not spread to other parts of the body, and do not create new tumors. Malignant, or cancerous, tumors crowd out healthy cells, interfere with body functions, and draw nutrients from body tissues.

Cancers continue to grow and spread by direct extension or through a process called metastasis, whereby the malignant cells travel through the lymphatic or blood vessels -- eventually forming new tumors in other parts of the body.

Four main types of cancer are:

Carcinomas: A carcinoma begins in the skin, mucus membrane, organs and glands.

Sarcomas: A sarcoma begins in the tissues, muscles and bone

Leukemia: Leukemia is a cancer of the blood,  It does not usually form solid tumors

Lymphomas: affects the lymphatic systems

The most common causes of cancer death in 2020 were:

Lung (1.80 million deaths);

Colon and rectum (935 000 deaths);

Liver (830 000 deaths);

Stomach (769 000 deaths); and

Breast (685 000 deaths)

When cancer becomes noticed, it is already far advanced. How important is to stay healthy individual, fully cooperates with right principles without violations of the natural laws, given by God to mankind and live fully in accordance with them.

CAUSES:

Physical carcinogens: such as ultraviolet and ionizing radiation;

Chemical carcinogens: such as asbestos, components of tobacco smoke, aflatoxin (toxins produced by certain fungi that are found on agricultural crops such as maize (corn), peanuts, cottonseed, and tree nuts), and arsenic (a drinking water contaminant); Talcum powder (used in baby powders, makeup, deodorant, ceramics and paint) and

Biological carcinogens: such as infections from certain viruses, bacteria, or parasites.

Modern Lifestyle:

Stress: stress does not cause cancer but unmanage stress. Stress is invisible killer, and it creates all diseases. Cancer is also due to deep resentment for a long time; disappointment; hopelessness.

Drugs: Hormones treatments: breast and cervical cancers are increased in women who use oral contraceptives,

Cancer is caused by changes (mutations) to the DNA within cells. The DNA inside a cell is packaged into a large number of individual genes, each of which contains a set of instructions telling the cell what functions to perform, as well as how to grow and divide. Errors in the instructions can cause the cell to stop its normal function and may allow a cell to become cancerous.

What causes gene mutations?

A number of forces can cause gene mutations, such as smoking, radiation, viruses, cancer-causing chemicals (carcinogens), obesity, hormones, chronic inflammation and a lack of exercise

The type of food we eat, the way we live, and environmental factors gradually build up or weaken the body. If the the organs of elimination cannot cope with the amount of toxic waste we are producing in desperation the body eventually turns to the formation of tumors and cancers.

Cancer generally has a lengthy incubation period of years. Because of intemperate living, eating, sleeping, combined with stress, the body is gradually weakened over a period of many years. This produces a chronic autointoxication poison have accumulated in the body.

Vital organs, whose job it is to purify and eliminate wastes (the skin, lungs, liver, kidneys, and bowels) become less active and efficient. The system becomes poisoned. These poisons accumulate around the weakest organs or where the body has been injured by a bruise, fall or blow. The accumulated poisons from years of tea, coffee, tobacco, cola, meat, liquor, fried foods, toxic substances in the air, water, and soil, chemical, food additives, pesticides, air pollution, etc. are sent over to the weakened area. Then the body tries to build garbage cans (tumors) to hold the waste products or the cells in that area.

A tumor is something of a strange parasite which has as little as 2% of normal blood circulation. Its cells are living on sugar fermentation instead of oxygen as normal cells do. It is more like a plant or fungus.

GENERAL SYMPTOMS:

Will vary depending on what part of the body is affected but not specific to:

Persistent Fatigue

Lump or area of thickening that can be felt under the skin or in breast

Weight changes, including unintended loss or gain

Skin changes, such as yellowing, darkening or redness of the skin,

Sores that does not heal on skin, mouth, tongue or lips,

Changes to existing moles / wart or if it bleeds

Persistent cough or trouble breathing

Difficulty swallowing

Hoarseness

Persistent indigestion or discomfort after eating or loss of appetite

Persistent, unexplained muscle or joint pain

Persistent, unexplained fevers or night sweats

Persistent change from normal in the action of the bowels or bladder

Any irregular or unusual bleeding or discharge from any body opening or bruising

NOTE: Besides the the above general symptoms, can include any conditions which does not respond to treatment, inflammation from blood clotting (thrombophlebitis) and putrid intestinal gas

Preventing cancer:

Cancer risk can be reduced by:

- Not using tobacco; alcohol

- Maintaining a healthy body weight, avoid obesity

- Eating a healthy diet, rich in fiber including fruit and vegetables;

- Daily consuming lots of organic- leafy greens and cruciferous vegetables

- Cut down flesh meats and their products, shift to plant base diet

- Avoid acidic food products like non veg and its product, fast food, preservative item, processed food, bakery items including bread, cake, toast, avoid bitter vegetables like bitter guard, pulse like masoor dal, any sweets like sugar, jaggery, honey, banana, instead use only natural fruits, vegetables, citrus fruits, all pulses add more horse dal,

-Cut down on total fat intake.

- Doing physical activity on a regular basis

-Avoiding ultraviolet radiation (which primarily results from exposure to the artificial tanning devices);

- Ensuring safe and appropriate use of radiation in health care (excessive diagnostic testing)

- Minimizing occupational exposure to ionizing radiation

- Reducing exposure to outdoor air pollution and indoor air pollution, including radon (a radioactive gas produced from the natural decay of uranium, which can accumulate in buildings — homes, schools and workplaces).

- Avoid chemicals

- Keeping the stress down

- Avoid carcinogen (GMO Foods)

- Consume Anti-Cancer foods

- Intermittent fasting

THINGS TO FOLLOW UP:

Food preparation is also controlled. Food may be prepared only in cast-iron pots and pans; no aluminum, non-stick cookware is allowed.

Diet is strictly vegetarian and consists of specific fruits and vegetables, eaten either raw or stewed in their own juices.

A glass of freshly prepared juice from vegetables and fruits must be consumed every hour for 13 hours throughout the day.

The vegetables and fruits used on the diet are very high in potassium and very low in sodium.

Healthy cells has a high ratio of potassium to sodium; diseased cells had a low ratio of potassium to sodium or an abundance of sodium.

Juices must be prepared using a specific type of juicer that crushes the fruit or vegetable rather than grinding it into pulp.

No animal protein is allowed.

Some whole grains such as oatmeal are included.

Flaxseed oil is allowed only because it aids in the body’s use of vitamin A. No other fat such as cooking oil and no salt or spices of any kind are allowed.

Be aware that dairy products, sugar in all its forms (artificial),  fried foods or cooking at very high temperatures are to be avoided.

Includes fruits such as Apricot, blueberries, cherries, kiwi, Lychee, mangoes, peaches, plums, nectarines.

Nuts/Seeds: Flax seed, Pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, walnuts,
