1.  Lady fingers:  to reduce BP take 4 lady finger, soak them in warm water for 1/2 an hour and eat before each meal for three days.   

2.  Raw banana

To treat the heart related issues: take raw banana with the skin and cut them in to small pieces and chew and eat with coconut  oil or honey. 

3.  Ash gourd  

To treat CANCER take a piece of it with the skin, grind and strain the juice and drink every  day.

4.  Brinjal 

To treat the kidney and to eliminate all the extra water, 

Take two Brinjal 🍆 cut them and soak them in the warm water for 1/2  hour  grind them and drink. Creatinine  level will gradually  reduce.  The kidney  will function  well.

5.  Bitter beans /cluster beans 

To treat all NERVE RELATED ISSUES,  Take ten  of them and a lime, grind them with the skin, strain the juice and drink three time a day.  Even the paralyzed  patients  also will become alright. 

6.  Snack gourd

To treat sleeplessness, take a piece of it with the seed grind it and drink with or without straining.   It calms the  mind

c.  To control white patches on the body, clean this vegetable well and eat or drink  as juice with the skin and seed.

9. Drumstick leaves 🍃 (muringai Elai in tamil)  to treat the breathing  issues, take some leaves with the tiny  twigs  of it and blend  strain and drink.   OR

10. Drumstick seeds.  After this vegetable  is fully matured  and dried  you can take the seed of it and chew it.  It is the source of vitamin  B12.

11.  Ridge gourd. (Peerkankai in tamil) to treat  peptic ulcer and all kinds of wounds,  take  a ridge gourd wash it well and eat it with the skin.
