SYMPTOMATIC TREATMENT FOR COVID-19

The treatment are based on the symptoms not by the name of disease but by holistic approach. Symptoms are the language of the body caused by disease which should be understood. God has gifted us with self healing mechanism when we keep/cooperate our body in right condition or platform. Just take one simple example, when we get finger cut it starts healing itself. Psalms 147:3 says "He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds." 

What cause disease? Violation of 8 Health Law causes disease, it is same as sin- transgression of God's Law is sin. so when we are sick we should keep the Health Law as a mirror or diagnostic tools to see where we went wrong and rejuvenate our body by obeying 8 Health Laws.

Keep in mind that the treatment is done with the basic foundation of 8 Health Laws. "Pure air, sunlight, abstemiousness(temperance), rest, exercise, proper diet, the use of water, trust in divine power,---these are the true remedies, "Ministry of Healing,p.27

Genesis 3:18 "Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field".(Thorns and thistles represents the sickness, diseases, sorrows)
Psalms 104:14  "He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man --." Let us learn a small lesson from animal, cats when they are not well they ingest some grass and vomit them which makes them feel better.

Symptomatic Treatment for Covid-19 are:
(many options to choose according to your availability just try them for 3 days with Prayer, nature will never fail)

1.SORE, IRRITATION THROAT
*gargle your throat with warm salted (rock salt) water
*keep pinch of rock salt in mouth and swallow saliva slowly
*take pinch of red chili powder in mouth and swallow slowly
*take charcoal tablet and keep in mouth and swallow slowly
*keep wet cloth around your neck
2. SNEEZING, RUNNING NOSE, COUGH
*wash nostril with warm salted water
*prepare cough syrup: a. ginger, garlic, onion chopped small pieces, powered black pepper, store with honey in bottle container overnight use them for a week 3 -4 times a day.
*pomegranate and ginger juice
*1 cup of fresh pineapple juice ,1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice,1 piece of ginger (about 3 inches), 1 Tbsp. raw honey, 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper 
*1 warm glass water with 2 drops eucalyptus oil, honey
*Steam inhalation: boil water, few drops eucalyptus oil, rock salt
* chest and back hydrotherapy: warm water-3 min, ice water 30 sec do 3 times consecutively -2 times a day end up with mustard oil + garlic massage
* steam onion poultice on both the sole over night
* charcoal tablet / powder should be taken to shorten the duration of illness.
* Take some raw garlic with food three times daily.
* lemon water with honey
* ginger tea with holy basil, turmeric powder boil at last add lemon and honey
*avoid mucus forming food like refine food products like cake, deep fried items, moida bread, sugary items, snacks, sweets, coloured juice, fast food and processed foods, non-veg, and also curd, banana will aggravate respiratory complains 

3. NOSE BLOCK
* Steam inhalation with few drops of eucalyptus
* Smell anise/ajwain seeds with camphor
* Smell Slice onion
* Nose hot and cold fomentation
* vigorous exercise
 
4. FEVER, BODY PAIN
* Sponge whole body with cold water, keep cold cloth on forehead during fever, during chill stage warm your body with heater.
* charcoal tablet/powder
* Drink lots of water and coconut water
* herb tea: boil fenugreek seed, ginger, mint leaves, tulsi, black cumin seeds

5.HEADACHE,WEAKNESS
* Hydrotherapy: Hot foot bath: warm water, 2 tbsp. of mustard oil in bucket immerse both legs for 20 min finish with pouring ice water
* during 20 min massage head, deep breath,
* drink warm lemon water + honey + rock salt(avoid in high bp)
* Tender coconut water to regain weakness
* after hydrotherapy massage leg with mustard oil + garlic

6. DIARRHOEA VOMITING
* 1 glass water + 1 tsp. baking powder + lemon + salt to taste drink sip by sip
* ginger tea + mint leaves / chew raw ginger and swallow slowly
* charcoal tablet / powder
*  tender coconut water (natural electrolyte)/home prepare electrolyte salt + sugar

7.PNEUMONIA
* follow the prodromal treatment (1+2+3) keeping in mind the existing symptoms
*hydrotherapy: chest and back hydrotherapy: warm water-3 min, ice water 30 sec do 3 times consecutively -2 times a day end up with mustard oil + garlic massage
* herb tea: black zeera, ginger
*avoid mucus forming food like refine food products like cake, deep fried items, moida bread, sugary items, snacks, sweets, coloured juice, fast food, non-veg, and also curd, banana will aggravate respiratory complains 

8.EMBOLISM: (a blockage-causing piece of material, inside a blood vessel. The embolus may be a blood clot (thrombus), a fat globule (fat embolism), a bubble of air or other gas (gas embolism),
*herb tea: ginger, garlic, cinnamon, lemon, honey
*turmeric tea add lemon, ginger, honey
*drink lots of water with lemon, pineapple juice dissolves clots
*hot drink with cayenne pepper powder (all those are natural blood thinner)
*Vitamin E anti-coagulant: found in seeds, nuts, dark green leafy vegetables, bell pepper, etc.

9. REDNESS OF EYES:
* Wash with lukewarm salted  water
* Cooling eyes with cold clothes
* Instil diluted lemon waster
* Decoction of drumstick leaves
* Avoid straining eyes like watching screens, reading 

Some foods that boost immune system are:

 1. Vitamin C (water soluble and not stored in body) citrus fruits, Red Bell Peppers, broccoli 

2. Indian spices like ginger, garlic, turmeric 

3. take mineral Zinc rich diets like mushroom, legumes, pumpkin & water melon seeds, nuts, dried fruits 

4. Amino acid like seaweed, pumpkin, peas and pea protein, whole grain rice, sesame seeds, watercress, turnip greens, soy, sunflower seeds, kidney beans, figs, avocados, raisins, dates, apples, blueberries, olives and even bananas.
